Finding Your Next Perspective

A 3 Saturdays Workshop

“We should really and truly learn to experience our life as capable of development not only in youth, but through its whole span between birth and death.”   Rudolf Steiner

Every life has a purpose and there are clues to this deeper meaning woven into the details of our day-to-day experiences. Often we are too close to see the patterns. In this workshop you will be introduced to Biography. You will learn about universal themes and rhythms and gain insights into your life story, through a guided process, artistic work, and conversation.

Each phase of our life offers unique possibilities. We can develop the skill and knowledge to perceive these, and work with them. We can awaken to deeper dimensions of ourselves, others, and of life itself. Out of this fresh perspective, new steps can be taken; new talents unfolded.

Life Challenges: Crises or Opportunities?
A 7-Week Workshop

This workshop takes as a starting point the present moment. What is the current challenge you are meeting? How can you shift from the emotion of the challenge, feeling stress or anxiety around it, to see the “bigger picture” at work? From that vantage point, it’s possible to make a change, to move into your future in a new way.

You’ll explore how to bring clarity and objectivity to your current life situation or question. Through a guided process, you will examine other personal experiences for resonant themes and forge a new direction from your perceptions.

Next scheduled workshop:
Date: Seven Tuesday evenings, Oct. 16 to Nov. 27, 2018, 7 – 9 pm
Location: 5 Victor Ave., Toronto
Cost: $325.00 (no HST), includes art materials
