Biography Work: Creating a New Narrative in Your Life

A 5 Mornings Workshop

This workshop is part of the Summer Festival of the Arts and Education at the Rudolf Steiner Centre, Toronto

Biography is a new and growing field in Anthroposophy. By engaging in biography work, you create a fresh perspective from your life events; one that speaks to the present, and brings inspiration to move into the future. Through seeing where you are supported by universal themes and rhythms in your individual journey, you come away with a deeper sense of who you are and what you are here for.

This course includes an artistic process, biography charting, and small group work. You will go away with tools you can continue to use in your personal and professional life.

Next scheduled workshop:
Date: Five mornings, July 20 to July 24 2020, 9am – 12:30pm
Location: Rudolf Steiner Centre
Cost: $350.00

Life Challenges: Crises or Opportunities?
A 7-Week Workshop

This workshop takes as a starting point the present moment. What is the current challenge you are meeting? How can you shift from the emotion of the challenge, feeling stress or anxiety around it, to see the “bigger picture” at work? From that vantage point, it’s possible to make a change, to move into your future in a new way.

You’ll explore how to bring clarity and objectivity to your current life situation or question. Through a guided process, you will examine other personal experiences for resonant themes and forge a new direction from your perceptions.

No scheduled workshop.
